A Project Coordinator who has had extensive experiences working in the information technology and financial industry and aimed to become a professional PM. Such experiences, together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Technology, have honed myself with strong communication skills, expertise in project management and insight in planning. Governmental Payment Platform
Led the project team to modify the whole system architecture and figured out the solutions due to the demand of the policy, not only in charge of the parallel communication and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, but report directly to management level and competent authority on a timely basis. Ensured that the performance was in correspondence with the project plan.
National Payment Card Project
Participated in integrating with both internal teams and external resources, setting the positioning of the brand, negotiating cooperative agreements with other global payment networks, and assessing system requirements along with infrastructure and process flow in both issuing and acquiring sectors.

Working closely with global payment companies in projects targeted at Taiwan's market. In charge of credit card business plan, system logic planning, and worked out the programs with the targeted objectives and launch dates to drive acquisition and usage on electronic payment.
Taipei Smart City Project
Matchmade for over 87 companies for their solutions with citizens' needs, passing on to the City Government for scenario planning of POC, pilot running the innovative solutions to implement in Taipei City. Been the major international contact in the projects, establishing great relationships across countries and maintain a positive image of the city government.
Set up the website flow and visual interface utilizing experiences in the field of UI/UX. Constantly revised the flow and UI/UX and contents of the website to continuously improve the appeal of the website to consumers.
Managed the content and translation of the website, analyzed troves of statistical raw data to isolate problems and generate solutions, and met the prospective goal that the City Government is looking for.
Designed the website flow and visual interface with Axure RP and other online tools. Collected feedback from alpha- testers to constantly revise the flow and UI/UX to boost consumer appeal.
